Any prices listed on the website are in euros and EXCL. VAT, unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed via invoicing. For certain services, confirmation is only final after written confirmation and payment.

For services, we may contact you after an order or inquiry for further arrangements. House of Entertainment is not liable for delays beyond our control (for example, delays caused by external partners).

After written confirmation of the order, cancellation is no longer possible.
